Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and LaunchAgora (“LaunchAgora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to launchagora.com and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, creating an account, voting, or submitting a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Service for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
Accounts
Some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to it secure. Information you provide must be accurate. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Product submissions
You may submit a product only if you own it, represent it with permission, or otherwise have the rights needed to provide all submitted content. Submissions are free; payment does not influence publication or ranking.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant LaunchAgora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and promote submitted content for operating and marketing the Service. This license lasts while the content is published and for a reasonable period in backups, archives, and past editorial or social posts.
You represent that submitted content is accurate, lawful, non-confidential, and does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You are responsible for the product, claims, links, and services described in your listing.
Editorial review
Every submission is reviewed before publication. We may approve, edit for formatting or clarity, request changes, defer, reject, unpublish, or remove any listing at our editorial discretion. Approval is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of a product. Review timing is an estimate, not a commitment.
Voting and rankings
Votes are intended to reflect genuine community interest. You may not buy votes, automate voting, create duplicate accounts, coordinate deceptive voting, or manipulate rankings. We may invalidate suspicious votes, adjust rankings, restrict accounts, or remove listings to protect leaderboard integrity.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Submit malware, deceptive products, impersonations, or fraudulent claims.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape at unreasonable volume, or bypass Service security.
- Access another user’s account or private data without permission.
- Send spam or use the directory to harass others.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where law expressly permits it.
Third-party products and links
Listings and external links lead to products operated by third parties. LaunchAgora does not control those products and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, promises, purchases, or privacy practices. Evaluate third-party products before using them or sharing information.
Intellectual property and reports
The Service design, software, branding, and original editorial content belong to LaunchAgora or its licensors. These Terms do not grant rights to use our trademarks or branding. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, send a detailed report to the contact address below.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee publication, traffic, votes, ranking, or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchAgora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that law does not allow us to limit.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or preserve information when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Service or others, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
